EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for:

Certain products are non-exchangeable, this includes sale items, bags, socks, footwear, bottles, collaborative footwear releases.Products in its original, new condition. That is, free from marks, makeup, scuffs, odours

Products that is folded neatly in original packaging with all zips and snaps closed.

Swing tags and labels are attached and undamaged

If the products is used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.

You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange parcels except in special circumstances.

We are only able to accept exchange for items purchased either directly through our website Outsidestore.co. 

*Any exchange items that do not meet our exchange standards will be mailed back to you without an exchange.*
