Order was not fulfilled, courier was unable to pick up order and no response to emails or social DMs
Terrible customer service. I purchased a High Coast Tote 30 but ended up receiving a High Coast Totepack instead. Wrote in an email to request for a refund but I have not heard back for 2 weeks despite sending another follow-up email. There is also no hotline to reach out to which is incredibly frustrating. I hope Outside Singapore will look into this asap as this has been dragging on for too long.
I requested to return and refund the items I purchased according to their website instructions, but never received a response. When I phoned their store they said they hadn’t received any emails from me. I resent the email from a different email address and they only refunded half of the items I requested. They still do not reply to my emails.
I enjoy my purchase very much as it is versatile and able to accommodate all my belongings.
