SELF COLLECTION POLICY

Self-collection is available at our store as detailed below:

Please visit our store only after receiving an email notification that your item is ready for collection.

Self-Collection Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 7 PM
• No self-collection on Saturdays, Sundays, Eve of Public Holidays, and Public Holidays.

Important Notice:
Your order will be held in-store for a maximum of 10 days from the date your order is ready for collection. After this period, we will arrange for delivery, and a delivery fee will apply as per our Shipping Policy.
