Shipment processing time
All orders are processed according to the table below:

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Do note that these timings are just an average estimation. It may expedite or delayed depending on our local courier partner operation and other situation that is outside of the courier control. (peak sale season, natural disaster, etc)
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Once we ship your item, OUTSIDE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
There will be a delivery fee of is $4.00 for orders below $100.

Most orders will ship out within 3 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
Please bear in mind that all delivery time stated below does not include customs delay. Outside shall not be responsible for any delayed packages due to customs clearance. Estimated delivery times listed are not inclusive of internal processing and administration.
Kindly note that orders delivered by Teleport Asia are not fully trackable as they are handled by your local office after the packages have arrived in your resident country.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please keep in mind that any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. As we have no control over such situations, the payments of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Outside Singapore. It's a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you don't receive any unexpected charges.
TERMS AND POLICES
By shopping at Outside Singapore, you are responsible for all applicable custom charges and the cost of return shipping back to Outside Singapore including shipments that are refused by you at delivery. All products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon check-out; Outside Singapore shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages. To avoid such situations, kindly review your information before continuing.
Should the package be returned to Outside Singapore to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.
