Flower Mountain are thrilled to announce their latest collaboration for the upcoming Autumn/Winter with Hikerdelic, introducing two new iterations of the labels iconic Back Country & Yamano 3

Hikerdelic, Behind The Label

The brand Hikerdelic was birthed by co-founder Neil Summers, under the widely regarded Proper Magazine umbrella. Neil had spent years writing & working with brands for the magazine, which he continues to today. Using his connections in the industry he reached out to illustrator Darren Newman to create a unique visual handwritten logo, based on the ‘concept of rambling and raving combined’.

The label set out to collaborate with brands already familiar to them thanks to Proper Mag, such as Novesta, Barbour, Holubar & Yogi. The purpose was to further expand the fresh brand awareness & partner with brands who shared a similar ethos. This partnership now with Flower Mountain reflects that, with both parties sharing a similar aesthetic via the collaborative Back Country & Yamano 3.

The collaborative Back Country features a breathable and water-repellent Cordura upper, with heat-sealed seams and rubber to provide total protection from the elements. The laces with reinforced eyelets and indented tread pay homage to the shoe’s sporty inspiration. The Yamano 3 features an antibacterial cork insole, providing comfort all day long, while the rubber sole has a moulded edge and an indented tread for perfect grip.
